During his stint as Libyan oil minister under Gaddafi between 2006 to 2011, before defecting, Mr. Ghanem operated a Ghost account with the bank where i work, he had a portfolio that contained 750 thousand US Dollars. (Seven Hundred and Fifty thousand United States of America Dollars)
The money in this portfolio was set aside for business investment purpose, being an international man with contacts all over the world, nobody questioned Mr. Ghanem.
